We know that hourly rate charges can be a bit stressful at times, so we try to use them as little as possible.
As a general rule, we'll go out of our way to solve your maintenance problems in the shortest time possible, without compromising quality.
No surprises
We charge as per the table below with one hour as a minimum. If within that hour, we can't solve a problem, we'll give you a total price to complete the job (including labour, materials and VAT).*
Alternatively, to save you the bother of another phone call, we can agree a price limit for the job in advance.
If we can do the work for less, we will - and if we can't, we won't start work and give you a total price later.
We're confident the first call you get from US will be job done.
Clear labour rates
Different skills are charged out at different rates. If experienced heating engineers cost less, we'd charge less!

Smarter materials
If we need additional materials to complete a job, the chances are we'll be carrying them in our vehicle. If not, we have dedicated suppliers who can get them delivered straight to the site.
This means our expert technicians can spend all their time concentrating on the job, rather than getting stuck in traffic, standing around builders' merchants or looking for parking spaces.
It also means we can do the job done in one go, which saves you the time and expense of having to book another visit.
When they have parts in stock, our suppliers guarantee to deliver directly within the hour. They charge a set delivery price of £40 (inc. VAT), which we'll pass on to you. We've calculated that this actually saves an average of £20 in technician's labour and it helps us get the job done quicker.
You should also know that although we pass on the cost of parts to you, we make sure you benefit from our trade discounts.
* Occasionally, it's just not possible to diagnose the problem within an hour. If so, we'll keep you updated and request your go-ahead before continuing work.
