We are an independent property maintenance company established over 10 years and we cover all over London, namely NW, N, W, WC, SW, E and parts of SE postcodes. We also cover surrounding areas such as UB, HA and EN.
We offer all aspects of property maintenance including:
Heating - boiler breakdowns, servicing, new boiler installations and complete system upgrades.
Electrical - re-wiring, installing switches, replacing fuses, installations and testing.
Plumbing - dripping taps, broken WCs, leaking pipes.
Carpentry - fixing locks, fitting doors, replacing flooring.
Decorating - painting ceilings, papering walls, re-decorating windows.
Refurbishments - new bathroom/kitchen installations or renovations or just general improvements.
For small jobs, such as breakdowns and minor repairs, we charge by the hour. For larger jobs, we provide a detailed guaranteed quotation at the outset.
