Set price work and quotations

For bigger jobs, you'll obviously want a clear quotation before instructing us to do the work. This is where our technical guru, Lee, comes in. Sometimes he'll need to carry out a site survey but quite often he can provide you with an accurate quote in writing (or email) after no more than a chat on the phone.

In our quotes we try as clearly and as simply as possible to:

  • Show we've understood your requirements
  • Let you know our price straight away
  • Set out what work we propose to carry out to meet your requirements
  • Let you know our payment terms and the 'The Small Print' (we've highlighted the really important bits)
  • Let you know what you can expect from us before, during and after the job
  • Let you know what we need from you before, during and after the job

We take pride in sticking to our quoted prices. In a very few cases, there are unforeseen extras, but we try to keep these to an absolute minimum and you'll be kept informed of these as, and when, they come up.
